alive and kicking
that is tears for fears for the yutes...
the blog is back! we were out of commission for a while during the move but we are again wired! michael was about to self combust with no internet or cable.
celebrating
the mountains! never was much of a mountain girl-beach lover. now i am both. it makes it ok to have no life when i come over the hill to my new house and see the lake on the left and the mountains on the horizon. just cool (hecka cool for the west coasters and wicked cool for the east). i am really small.
freaks
not a reference to the people of asheville (although that would be fitting-but i like them). i am talking about my kids. up until midnight, sleeping in my room (all 4 some nights!) wacked out with starting school etc.. the whole school issue will just have to be another blog

post modern church
emerging- we have given up trying to explain post modernity so we are going with emerging church. it is just that emerging and not defined clearly. it is based on the bible and lived out in the person of Jesus the Christ.

3) I wish I was in Asheville and not HOT dallas.
We love you and miss your presence, but the nice thing about all of us is we are family in Christ and the Holy Spirit bonds us all so that we are not separated spiritually no matter how far apart we are physically. We share in your joys and struggles and love you all the more because of them. Give those cute kids hugs and high fives from us.
